A WORLD OF CARE
With 20 years experience in Phuket, Deva Living recognizes the need to build homes that are elegant and beautiful but also suitable for the local environment.
The developer carried out over a dozen soil and water tests to ensure the best possible excavation for each property. Retaining walls are constructed mostly with granite from the site. The development will have underground water tanks that can hold sufficient water for at least 3-4 days and each villa and apartment building will have a holding tank that lasts for 3-4 days. Currently the water supply is by truck but at the local administration of Kamala there are plans to provide public water in the near future. Each house has its own septic tank.
The entrance road to Deva Yama is a safe, 6 meter wide concrete road which was complete at the end of 2006. It has some nice bends which reveal the views over the valley through mature trees.
The electricity supply is underground. Electricity is supplied by the Phuket Electricity Authority (PEA) which recently upgraded the coastal road with new power lines and transformers.
