VILLAS

Generally, the built-up area covers an impressive 485 sqm approximately. The upper floor features two sumptuous bedroom suites, a large living room with a raised ceiling and a dining area with a well equipped open plan Poggenpohl kitchen. All rooms on this floor flow seamlessly to the extensive pool deck.
The lower floor has a large entertainment/family room, a third bedroom suite and a highly practical service and storage area.

APARTMENTS

The unique Deva Yama villa design can easily be converted into two spacious apartments without any changes to the exterior design. The penthouse unit (upper floor) remains unchanged compared to the villa design except that the entrance is positioned directly in the living room and in the absence of an internal staircase (to the lower floor) the kitchen has increased in size with about 15%. Two master suites with private bathrooms, a large living and dining area and outdoor deck with a 10 metre pool come to 240 sqm of total build up area. The lower floor unit has exactly the same lay-out as the penthouse however the pool has been made optional. The lower floor units have an additional 10 sqm of floor space and a wrap around garden.
