Viabizzuno from Italy has taken great interest in Deva Yama and recommended several of their high end lighting systems for our project which we have taken up as standard specs in combination with durable down lights and wall lights. Given the constant attention and servicing that tropical wood requires we have opted for the durable, service free powder coated aluminum glazing from Sun Paradise throughout the house. Standard ? Yes, because only the best is good enough for Deva Living clients.

Kitchen Island – featuring the sink only. Clients who want to cook on the island need to consider the esthetics of the hood, therefore we strongly recommend to look at Gaggenau’s range of ‘invisible’ hoods which can be purchased and installed at a surcharge.

Switches & Socket Outlets – flush series from JUNG – Germany with option to expand to home automation.
