THE TEAM

Deva Yama is being developed by the Phuket based company Blaauw & Nassau Ltd. which is owned and managed by Phuket veteran Patrick Blaauw who has been running businesses on the island for the last 18 years. Patrick’s holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Sales & Marketing from the European equivalent of Cornell University, the Hotelschool The Hague in the Netherlands. Patrick is married to Urarin who owns a publishing company with offices in Phuket and Bangkok, together they have one son, Siri Severin.

The company was founded at the start of the property boom in Phuket and developed more then six years of experience in up-scale property development and property marketing in Phuket.

Deva Yama is the third project for Blaauw & Nassau Ltd. the development team include Jiranthanin (Jenny) Bunma who has over five years of solid experience in property development as an administration officer. Jenny is the Executive Assistant to Patrick Blaauw and looks after legal affairs, consultants and contractors as well as HR and the management of the sales office. In 2006 she completed the Strategic Property Management & Development training at Prince of Songkla Univeristy in Phuket which has offered her insight in all aspects of property development. Jenny has been with the company for more then 6 years.

Piyamas Taksin is a Phuket native and is the project’s Chief Accountant, looking after the development budgets, invoicing and tax responsibilities. Piyamas has been with the company for more then 4 years as Chief Accountant overseeing a team of 3 accountants.

Blaauw & Nassau Ltd. has contracted Phuket based Design by Design Co., Ltd. for the third time as their lead architects for Deva Yama. Lead by Adrian Koch, Design by Design has evolved in Asia over the last 6 years as a way of capturing the remarkable talent of Thai Architects and encouraging the embrace of international design concepts that satisfy the needs of a growing number of investors in this spectacular region of Asia.

Adrian Koch strongly adheres to his philosophy that "Above all other considerations, any building must be able to perform the function it is built for – form follows function!" Deva Yama villas have been designed to be very user friendly and extremely easy and inexpensive to maintain.

Other consultants include ANAMA for all Mechanical and Electrical designs as well as all structural designs. They were selected for their fast response to design requests and professional delivery of drawings. SIRIS, managed by Claire McClean has been selected for custom interior design and looks after all the Deva Yama design needs as well as clients requests.
